This page outlines the policies for Cosmic City sessions and offerings so you know what to expect before booking.

Services and scope

My readings are personalized astrology sessions based on the birth information you provide and the preparation work I complete before our appointment. These sessions are intended for reflection, insight, and personal guidance. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

Booking and payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your appointment time is reserved once payment is received. Please provide accurate birth and contact information so I can prepare appropriately.

Refund policy

Because paid readings involve dedicated preparation in advance, booked paid sessions are final sale and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 to 48 hours before your appointment. One reschedule request may be offered per booking, subject to availability.

Late arrivals and no-shows

If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time. Missed appointments and no-shows are not refunded. Rescheduling after a missed appointment is at my discretion.

If I need to reschedule

If I need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or another unforeseen circumstance, you will be offered a new appointment time. If I cannot provide the service within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

Privacy and client information

I collect information needed to deliver sessions and operate my business, including name, email address, birth details, booking details, payment status, intake responses, and information you voluntarily share. I use it to schedule, prepare, communicate, process payments, improve services, and—where you opt in—send updates about offerings.

I do not sell personal information. Trusted third-party services, including scheduling, payment, website, analytics, and email platforms, may process information only as needed to provide their services.

Confidentiality

I treat the information you share with care and keep session content confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect safety. Testimonials are published only with the level of identification you have agreed to.

Website tracking

This website may use analytics tools to understand traffic and visitor behavior. These tools may collect technical data such as browser, device, pages visited, and general usage patterns.
